world book night united artists
April 25, 2015 11:04 am Leave your thoughts We were happy to once again be involved in UWE’s world book night contribution – organised by Sarah Bodman and staff from the Centre for Fine Print Research – this year’s task was to read the Stephen King novel The Shining and produce a miniature model based on an object from within the book. Philippa’s contribution was several stacks of old newspapers (from The Outlook cellar) and a wooden box of oranges (purchased by Hallorann). The miniature models have been turned into a short film (shot on WBN) called Shine On – see link below:https://vimeo.com/125857395The models will be exhibited at the CFPR at UWE and also photographed by Paul Laidler for a book.
