Angie Butler from UWE has returned to the Caseroom this week to conclude a project we began about 9 months ago; and so the proofing of the entire Caseroom wood type collection is now complete. This project was instigated by Angie as part of her PhD – Evidencing the role of Letterpress as a contemporary process within book arts practice and higher education in the UK.
It was a productive three days, and we were also able to work on the next part of our Open House project – producing a series of postcards for the ‘hosting’ event, more of this later…
