The Caseroom have recently been involved with a project organised by Stephanie Black – called Imagined Postcards. The project involved a series of tasks. Firstly we each found a postcard and wrote a description of it, this was then sent to our designated artist. We then each received a written description of someone else’s postcard – so there are three people in each loop. The final task was simple – produce a visual response to the description and send it back to the sender of the original description (easy!). The postcards should hopefully appear online in the not too distant future – we’ll blog it once it happens – but in the meantime here are our efforts:
