the inferno: canto xii

Barrie’s been working on ideas for a ‘Typographic Dante’ for quite a while now… twenty odd years and counting. Here’s the latest in the series. Canto XII. The Minotaur. He’s spent the last three weeks printing and rejecting ideas for several of the illustrations (or printing and cocking things up depending on how you look at it). This one’s made it through and the ideas for the next ones are all planned out as roughs. He just needs some time in The Caseroom now. And ideally more doing right and less cocking up.
